Privacy policy
Protecting your personal data is a priority. This page describes in plain words which details are collected during your visit, how they are used and how they are protected, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is a translation; the Greek version is the binding one.

Which data is collected & why
Contact form: When you fill in the enquiry form, I collect your name, your email, your phone number (optional) and the text of your message. These details are used only to answer your request and to prepare my written proposal.
Technical access data: Like every website, the server temporarily logs technical details of each visit (such as the IP address, the date and time and the page requested), for the security and smooth running of the website. The website uses no statistics or advertising tools and does not track your browsing.
Cookie policy
The website uses only two essential cookies, which expire after two hours and need no consent:
Session cookie: Keeps your visit working, for example so that the form shows what you wrote again if a field needs correcting.
Security cookie: Protects the contact form from malicious submissions through other websites.
No statistics, tracking or advertising cookies are used. That is why the website does not ask for your consent to cookies.
How long data is kept
Messages from the contact form are kept for 12 months, unless we start working together, in which case they are kept for as long as Greek tax law requires.
Security & transfer
The website runs over an encrypted connection with an SSL certificate. Your data is stored securely, is not sold and is not shared with advertising companies. Only the providers that run the website (hosting and email service) have access to it, as processors acting on behalf of the controller.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, restrict or fully delete your details at any time, by sending me a simple email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
